Our experienced pattern and mold-making department designs and builds tooling for casting and creates production-intent prototypes using aluminum, high-strength steel, rubber, urethane, sand, wood, and plaster, among other mold materials. In addition, we use spin-casting technology to produce rubber polymer dies and specialize in coordinating complex projects that require multiple cast components.
Our continuous investment in high-speed CNC machining enables us to perform quick turnarounds for precision molds and dies to meet the most complex tooling design challenges.
