As a full-service manufacturer, we are able to create all components required for powertrain applications, complete all aspects of the assembly, and, in some cases, perform any post machining of weldments that may be required to ensure final tolerances and mitigate weld distortion.

The banjo axle seen above is a perfect example of 3-Dimensional Services Group’s project-level manufacturing and assembly. After manufacturing its 18 components using ten manufacturing process, including robotic welding, our challenge truly began when we tackled the two separate post-machining operations required on those weldments.
